Thursday, June 21
Registration will begin at 10:00 am on Thursday. The first Negro League baseball tournament will start Thursday morning. This tournament is limited to the twenty great Negro League teams and 20 managers. As this tournament continues Thursday afternoon, there will be concurrent sessions on playing APBA football, soccer, hockey and golf games. Thursday night is A Night at the Races featuring the APBA Saddle Racing game.
Friday, June 22
Registration will begin at 10:00 am on Friday. Friday morning will feature innovation presentations by leading APBA players in the various sports. All day Friday, attendees can enter the Par 3 nine hole golf course tournament. The hockey tournament finals will be played Friday. In addition, the semi-finals and finals of the football tournament will be played The fifth annual APBA Home Run derby contest will be held mid-Friday afternoon. Ted Williams and Mark McGwire are no longer eligible.
Saturday, June 23
The tournament starts at 9:00 am Saturday morning. This year teams from 1901 through 2017. All former winners are exclude. A list of these teams can be found in tournament rules. No great team set teams are allowable. A batter must have at least 50 at bats for the season. Eligible pitchers must have 20 or more innings pitched. The statistics on the APBA cards are determinative. If there are no statistics on the cards, Baseball Reference.com stats are determinative.
Sunday. June 24
The completion of the baseball tournament semi and finals.
MEALS PROVIDED: Friday night dinner and Saturday lunch
