This file will update an installed copy of Version 6.0 to Version 6.1.

Once the update exe file is downloaded, it needs to be Unblocked prior to installation. Instructions for Unblocking are on page 8 of the Version 6.1 User’s Guide, or in this document:

PLEASE BE AWARE that, depending on your Microsoft Windows settings, Windows Defender security may present you with a SmartScreen warning message when you attempt to run the update program. You can safely choose the “Run anyway” option to bypass this message.
If you have other non-Microsoft security (antivirus/firewall) software installed, those programs may give you additional warnings. Consult the security program’s documentation or the security company’s web site if you require help with these messages.
